Staff mobility for teaching

Staff mobility for teaching

Staff teaching mobility can be organised only for representatives of partner universities with which the University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw – UEM (WSEiZ) signed inter-institutional agreements. The list of partner universities is available here.

Staff members of the partner universities who would like to conduct lectures at UEM should contact the Erasmus+ Office.

Before choosing a time of the mobility, please check the ACADEMIC CALENDAR.

The content of a teaching programme should be integrated into the curriculum of the receiving institution.

Incoming person must submit:

  1. Application form – filled in and duly signed by a staff member and the Faculty Dean at the Sending Institution;
  2. Curriculum Vitae;
  3. Mobility Agreement Staff Mobility for Teaching;
  4. Insurance – a copy of the European Health Insurance Card and other required insurance.
    • Before arrival, all incoming staff must send to the Erasmus+ Office a copy of an insurance. Its coverage should include health insurance, insurance against accidents and liability insurance including damages caused by a participant at a work place.
    • Important issue: insurance must cover the costs of a body’s transportation to a home country in case of death.
    • Due to the current pandemic situation we recommend to buy the insurance which will also cover the Covid-19 medical treatments in Poland.
    • EU citizens must have the European Health Insurance Card in order to be able to use medical services in Poland.
  5. *Participant coming to UEM under the KA171 projects must sign a grant agreement before arrival – see a draft.

After completing the applying procedure a Letter of Invitation will be issued.

Staff mobility for training

Staff mobility for training should be discussed on individual basis. Staff members who would like to take part in the mobility at the University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw – UEM (WSEiZ) should contact the Erasmus+ Office.

Incoming person must submit:

  3. Mobility Agreement Staff Mobility for Training;

Staff Week

The International Erasmus+ Staff Week organised by the University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw is an annual training week for representatives of partner universities. The date, time and programme of the event will be announced later (usually organised in June/July).

  • All participants will sign Mobility Agreement Staff Mobility for Training.
  • All costs of travel, accommodation and subsistence will be covered by the participants (using Erasmus+ grants for this type of mobility).
  • After completing the applying procedure details about the event will be sent to each participant.
