Candidates:

• you will receive information about the educational offer of WSEiZ,
• you will receive answers to all questions related to the recruitment process,
• you will enroll in first- and second-cycle studies, postgraduate studies or academic courses,
• you can also count on help in taking your first steps in WSEiZ,
• you will gain organizational information that will make it easier for you to enter student life.

Students:

• you will find out in which administration department you can get the information you are interested in,
• you will be redirected to the appropriate Dean’s Office,
• you will sign a contract in the process of resuming your studies.

• you will submit an application to the Dean and Vice-Dean,
• you will get information about class schedules, re-sit exam session, Deans’ duties,
• you will receive information regarding the implementation of internships,
• you will learn about the scholarship system at WSEiZ,
• you will learn details about the diploma process and defense of the diploma thesis.

What will you do in this place?

• you will receive an invoice for the tuition and other fees paid,
• you will receive a certificate of fees due and amounts paid,
• you will obtain information about overdue payments and clarify doubts regarding payments,
• you will settle the financial part on the circulation card,
• you will be registered for health insurance (if you do not have any other title to insurance and you are not family members insured person).

What will you do in this place?

• you will conclude an employment contract and a civil law contract,
• you will receive an employment certificate,
• you will register for social and health insurance,
• you will receive detailed information about employment at WSEiZ.

Foreign candidates:

• you will receive information about the educational offer,

• we will check the original documents required in the recruitment process,
• you will submit documents for studies,
• you reserve a place in the dormitory,

Foreign students:

• we will help you obtain information from Dean’s Offices and administration departments,
• you will receive information about accommodation in the dorms.

Recruitment agencies:

• you will receive information about cooperation,
• we organize cooperation with recruitment agents.

What will you arrange here?

• you will add yourself to the university database of the Bureau of Academic Entrepreneurship of WSEiZ,
• you will learn about the organized job fairs,
• you will receive assistance when opening a business,
• you will take part in classes on how to navigate the labor market,
• you will read the latest job offers addressed to UEM (WSEiZ) students,

What will you do in this place?

Library:

• you can borrow and return books and extend the deadline for their return,
• you will set up a library account and settle your circulation card,
• you will receive information about the contents of the book collection, as well as assistance in browsing
  library catalog and full-text and abstract databases,
• we will tell you how to search for information in the catalogs of other libraries,
  digital repositories, electronic magazines and we will advise
  when selecting literature for writing semester and diploma theses.

Reading Room:

• you will use computer workstations and a scanner,
• you will gain access to: the book collection, current and archival scientific journals,
  databases and computer programs.

What will you do in this place?

• you will receive information about overdue payments,
• you clarify doubts regarding delays in payments (tuition fees and others),
• you will obtain information about the possibilities of settling accrued liabilities,
• you will receive legal advice regarding settlements with the university resulting from the contract for the provision of educational services.

What will you do in this place?

• you declare your willingness to participate in the Erasmus+ program,
• you will get a list and contacts to partner universities,
• as well as companies and institutions in the countries participating in the Program,
• you will receive assistance with the entire procedure of completing the appropriate documents,
• you will receive support from our university coordinators during your stay abroad.
