From 21st to 25th May, the University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw held a Staff Week, during which we hosted six staff members from five friendly universities from Europe and the USA participating in a project within the ERASMUS+ programme for Partner Countries (KA107).

We hosted: Olga Bondaryeva from Berdyansk University of Management and Business (Ukraine), Momir Praščević and Miomir Raos from University of Niš (Serbia), Sirine Shogheryan from Armenian State Pedagogical University after Khachtur Abovyan (Armenia), Besa Rexhepi from University of Applied Sciences (Kosovo) and Andrea Houser from Herzing University (USA).

During the meeting best practices and experiences were discussed and exchanged with regard to:

  • education systems in Poland and partner countries,
  • improvement and quality assurance of education,
  • university structures,
  • principles of developing curricula.

Possibilities of scientific and didactic cooperation, as well as implementation of further projects within the Erasmus+ programme were also discussed.

We are pleased with fruitful discussions and exchanging experiences during the Staff Week at UEM (WSEiZ). Erasmus+ brings people together!
