At the beginning of the academic year, we export the list of students to MS Exchange. At that time, we also do a mailing to new students, in which we inform them about the Office 365 account, among other things.
The student receives an email with a temporary password and an activation link valid for 30 days
If you have not received such an email, or the time for activation has run out, write an email to email@example.com with your name and album number. Ideally, the email should be sent from the address that appears in the Virtual University under Student->General Data.
The version of MS Office365 provided by the University is the online version. It works through a web browser.
As of 9.12 all e-mail correspondence between lecturer and student, via the Virtual University, takes place through the University e-mail account in the domain wseiz.edu.pl. Some of the correspondence from the dean’s offices (including that concerning didactics) you may still receive to the e-mail with which you applied to the University, but such cases will be eliminated in the future.
In the Virtual University, in the menu on the left, there is an item University Mail – please use it
If you are unable to log in to Office365 write an email requesting a password reset to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and album number. Ideally, the email should be sent from the address that appears in Virtual University under Student–>General Data.
