The job market creates numerous employment opportunities for graduates, especially in:

  • small, medium, and large companies engaged in activities related to their respective specialties, such as manufacturing, services, consulting institutions, international corporations, market research, and advertising agencies, PR agencies,
  • local government and state government units (both central and regional), as well as their economic entities,
  • non-profit institutions.
  • Master studies are a natural continuation of undergraduate studies. Thanks to WSEiZ, you can obtain a master’s degree within the same university’s walls, allowing you to better prepare for the professional challenges that the job market will present to you.

    Graduates of second-cycle studies in Management will be proficient in a modern foreign language at the B2+ level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, as well as in the specialist language of management, enabling them to engage in activities within an internationalized environment. Graduates will have the opportunity to continue their education in postgraduate studies and third-cycle studies, allowing them to acquire highly specialized knowledge and research competencies in selected scientific disciplines within the field of social sciences. They can also enhance and broaden their qualifications through institutionalized forms of specialized education (training, courses, scientific conferences, etc.). Graduates will be capable of inspiring and organizing actions that contribute to their own professional development and the education of others as part of the conscious implementation of the lifelong learning concept.

    have a graduation diploma of first-cycle studies.

    Scope of studies

    Scope of studies
    As a graduate, you will be equipped with advanced managerial skills and competencies that enable effective and efficient resolution of these problems, including:

    critical analysis, synthesis, creative interpretation, and evaluation of management phenomena and processes at various scales,

    assessment of the impact of macro- and micro-environments on these phenomena (processes),

    preparation and implementation of managerial decisions, particularly strategic decisions, based on principles of business ethics, social responsibility, and sustainable development.

    You declare your choice of specialisation in Management while submitting the documents. The final decision on the choice of specialisation is made after the first semester of the second degree studies.

    EMPLOYMENT PERSPECTIVES

    Graduates of the studies will be characterized by creativity and flexibility, demonstrating an innovative and open attitude towards new solutions, and they will be able to apply the acquired knowledge in practice and adapt it to the needs of the changing job market.

    The interpersonal skills acquired during the studies will allow graduates to skillfully and effectively organize and lead teamwork, as well as communicate effectively on specialized topics with diverse audiences, and also negotiate and persuade.

    Second-degree graduates in Management will be prepared to work in positions such as:

    • specialists in management systems,
    • middle and senior-level managers, advisors and consultants in economic or public organizations,
    • as well as for running their own business.
