- A plot of 3.5 ha with a complex of buildings with a total area of 720 m2 (with its own a sewage treatment plant), which includes:
– a three-storey building with an area of 380 m2,
– one-storey garden pavilion with an area of 110 m2,
– scientific and didactic pavilion with the area of 230 m2; - 5 seminar rooms;
- Laboratories: Sewage and Water Treatment plant, Waste Utilization; Creating and Garden Nurturing;
- Drawing and Painting Workshop;
- Nature and Landscape Protection Station UEM, where are conducted among others Landscape Architecture and Environmental Protection fieldworks.
